Rates range from £750 to £1400 per week dependent on the time of year.  Shorter bookings will be considered. Dogs are not allowed.

A refundable security deposit of £200 is required. When a booking is made over 8 weeks before the start date, a 25% deposit is required. Balance of payment plus security deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival. In the event of a cancellation, a refund less 20% charge will be made if a replacement booking is made.

Arrival should be after 3pm, and the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Normal changeover days are Friday.

We request that you leave Higher Venice in the same clean condition you found it.
